Today I am putting up a painting of mine I have titled “Black Ice”. It is a opaque watercolor with a heavy emphasis on the mystery of the pose of the woman. She seems to be sad and lost in thought. Sometimes we have to tell the story as it is and this is one of those moments.
Black ice holds her tight
Through the window children laugh
Sad eyes darker days
