Well sadly it was rainy and cold today but we headed off to the covered pavilion in Rockland. We found this site a few years ago and it has been a real life saver for us. We are out of the rain, but we don’t have much of a view, so imagination is the word for the day. I used the stormy sky with a little clearing to the west and then invented the foreground. I think it is a fun little demonstration although it is not going to get me into the AWS show. I tried to have multiple focal points somewhat based on the rule of thirds, and each of the quadrants seem to be working out. It was a lot of fun to paint.
